Cheyne founded AMG after nearly a decade in SaaS sales leadership— building teams, designing GTM motions, and watching companies leave revenue on the table because their process and tools didn't match their ambition. With a background that spans sales leadership and business operations, he started AMG to bring real implementation, not just strategy, to business owners who are ready to use AI but need a trusted partner to make it happen.
AMG was started because we kept seeing the same problem: business owners who knew AI was changing sales, but had no time, no internal expertise, and no trusted partner to actually make it happen. On the other hand, we also found a consulting market full of firms that would take their money, produce a strategy document, and move on.
We built AMG to be the firm we couldn't find: one that does the work, implements the tools, and stays accountable to the results.
